These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and any purchase of SafeNails products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About our product

SafeNails drink testing stickers are a consumer screening indicator. They react to a limited number of substances (GHB and ketamine) and cannot detect every drug or extra alcohol. A negative result does not mean a drink is safe, and a positive result is not proof that a drink was spiked. SafeNails is not a medical device, a diagnostic test or a forensic test, and must not replace keeping your drink with you, staying with friends and getting help when something feels wrong.

2. Using the product

  • Follow the instructions included with the product and on our product page.
  • Each sticker is single use. Do not reuse, and do not use after the expiry date.
  • Results may be unreliable with milk-based, very acidic or dark-coloured drinks.
  • For external use on nails only. Keep away from young children. Stop using if irritation occurs.
  • If you feel unwell or think you have been spiked, call 999 immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

4. Orders, prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is a pricing error; if so, you'll receive a full refund. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

5. Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is described in our Delivery Policy, and cancellations and refunds in our Returns & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
